Select the Merge Nodes tool and choose a Location Method of Tolerance.
In the Merge Nodes tool settings window, choose a Location Method of Tolerance.
You will see the default node tolerance. Enter the node tolerance to use.
Move in the view, and select the node that you want to remain, then enter a data point to accept it.
If any nodes are within the node tolerance, they disappear because they have been merged with the node you selected.
